Policy Submissions

COSATU maintains a Parliamentary Office in Cape Town. This represents an active intervention on behalf of organised labour in the parliamentary and other policy processes in order to ensure that both legislation and government policy protect the rights of workers and advance democratic transformation. The documents that follow are largely developed and presented by the Parliamentary Office, and have been organised thematically.
