COSATU condemns racist assault

The Congress of South African Trade Unions in the North West condemns the racist assault on James Patapata and James Kaunda in Skielik, Swartruggens, on May Day, and welcomes the arrest of one of the members of the family alleged to be responsible. The Skielik community is becoming very unsafe and COSATU demands strong action to bring to justice perpetrators of racist violence.
