RE : COSATU EASTERN CAPE PROTEST ACTION

Kindly be informed that COSATU in the Eastern Cape will be demonstrating in front of the Eastern Cape Legislature on Friday 16th May 2008 at 10h00.

The purpose of the demonstration is to send a signal to government that if they do not intervene to ameliorate the effects of these astronomical food prices and electricity hikes, more serious action like the General Strikes would be implemented, this includes the political turbulence and the anarchy in Zimbabwe.
