National union of mineworkers and ANC leader (late Elias Mulaudzi) final outcome from the Judge at Potchefstroom High court tomorrow

The case of one of the NUM's and ANC's prominent leaders Elias Molaudzi from Driefontein mine in Carletonville who was brutally murdered on the 03/07/2006 will be finalised at Potchefstroom high court on 27/03/2008).

In total there were seven suspects in the case. Unfortunately the person who was alleged to be the killer died in prison due to ill health as per the information.

"We have lost more than 12 leaders since 1996 as a result of these senseless killings, We hope that this time justice will prevail and killers of this leader will rot in jail so that others that are intending to do the same should learn a lesson out of this case judgement" said NUM Carletonville Regional Chairperson Deon Boqwana
