The Congress of South African Trade Cnions will be hosting a Zimbabwe/Swaziland Solidarity conference in August 2008, to mobilise support for the struggle for democracy and human rights in both countries. A preparatory meeting, involving trade union federations from South Africa, Zimbabwe and Swaziland, is to be held tomorrow, 5 July, and the media are invited to a press conference for a briefing on this important development.
