On two centres of Power - Mpumalanga PEC 15-06-07

 

COSATU MPUMALANGA PROVINCIAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

ON TWO CENTRES OF POWER

The COSATU Mpumalanga Provincial Executive Committee of 14-15 June 2007 reflected on this matter and agreed with the ANC Provincial Policy Conference that took place on the 10 June 07 to oppose any model that seeks to create two centres of power at National level. The PEC in support of the ANC Policy outcome was informed by our own experiences in the Province where this model has created difficulties for smooth operation

In the afore-going, the PEC accepted that whomsoever becomes the elected President of the ANC should be the President of the Republic.
