ZCTU Secretary General Wellington Chibebe Summoned By Police

The Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions Secretary General Wellington Chibebe has been summoned to the Law and Order section of the police. He is supposed to present himself tomorrow 19 July 2007 at eight in the morning.

He has been called in connection with "utterances" that he made at this year's May Day. According to the "police" the "utterances" were meant to press for regime change.
